These rates apply for work within the PORTLAND CITY LIMITS “ONLY.” Our hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm. UNLIKE MOST OF OUR COMPETITORS WE DO NOT CHARGE A “TRUCK CHARGE,” we do not have a "MINIMIN $90 CHARGE," no "TRAVEL CHARGE," no "$500 FLAT RATE to install a Faucet," Our service rate is $82hr. We try to maintain the lowest cost to our customers. We have the lowest show-up rate in town when the plumbing job is close to the shop. In some cases where the plumbing repair can be made in 15 minutes or less, that is all the bill will be. This is a value to you for small repairs like flappers and aerators. On “ALL” plumbing problems requiring more than 15 minutes an ESTIMATE will be given on the spot OR emailed to you. If you accept the ESTIMATE the work will be performed or put in the schedule. We are a family owned plumbing company and we pride ourselves as being the fastest plumbers in town. Your time is valuable; we are fast and efficient when on the job. SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY CHANGES OR EXTRA ADDITIONAL WORK YOU MAY WANT DONE THIS WILL ALSO BE EXTRAS AND ADDED TO THE ORGINAL BID. WE VALUE YOUR BUSINESS AND RESPECT YOUR TIME. PLEASE RESPECT BOTH OUR TIME AND YOURS. WE DO OUR BEST TO CALL WHEN WE ARE ON OUR WAY OR GIVE YOU A RANGE OF WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT US. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU CAN NOT KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE REQUIRE 24HR NOTICE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE MINIMUM. IF WE SHOW UP AND THE JOB IS NOT READY FOR US TO START, OR YOU ARE NOT HOME – THAT WILL BE A MINIMUM CHARGE. Only authorized persons may order work. Only the property owner, or their agent (manager) can request service on the property. If you are a tenant, you must get the owner, or owners' agent, to give us authorization. If the owner cannot be reached and it is an emergency, you must tell us that you are not the owner and explain the situation. We assume that if you call us and request service that you are the owner. If you give us the work order, you are responsible for the bill! If you call us and order the work - you pay us - we do not bill third parties.
