 50 GALLON ELECTRIC:   Water Heater INSTALLED -Same  Location $389 PLUS COST OF MATERIAL AND TANK

        50 GALLON GAS:   Water Heater INSTALLED -Same Location  $425 PLUS COST OF TANK AND MATERIAL         

Easy access to the heater means standard price noted above.  Extra charges for protective tarps and extra time covering carpet, stairs and wood floors.  Thru-the-house access can add $125.00 or more.  Attic locations, narrow hallways, moving appliances and restricted stairwells add time, and MAY cost even more.
